How Residential Snow Service Works
Residential snow service is part of our landscape maintenance program. It is available to our regular maintenance customers, typically homeowners investing about $5,000 to $10,000+ a year in spring-through-fall care and cleanup.
Salt is required, and we apply it every time we service your property, so your driveway and walkways stay safe after we leave.
Residential routes are not priority service, so we can’t promise to be at your home before 8:00am, and shoveling often happens in the afternoon.
Snow service does not cover thaw or re-freeze; your service agreement spells this out.

Once you approve the quote, we sign a service agreement and start your service within 24-48 hours.
Pricing Details
Residential snow pricing is quoted for your property as part of your maintenance plan. Plowing, shoveling and salting have a $150 minimum.
Snow service is offered to our regular landscape maintenance customers, typically with an annual spend of about $5,000 to $10,000 or more.
We offer pre-payments by cheque, or require a card on file.
